Control Substitution and Ring Fusion in STNext Structure Searches

Setting up structure queries for efficient Substructure and Closed Substructure Searches will be discussed and exemplified in this STNext e-seminar.
Substructure Searches (SSS) allow for substitutions at any position, Closed Substructure Searches (CSS) restrict substituents to atom nodes explicitly opened by the user. Working with the STNext structure editor, you will learn how to use lock tools to control ring fusion and prevent substitution and how to apply non-hydrogen counts to open specific nodes for CSS queries. This e-seminar will include useful strategies for specific and Markush structure searches on STNext.
