One of the organizers is FIZ Karlsruhe whose Vice President Information Service Engineering,  Prof. Sack, is Conference Chair and a member of the conference’s Permanent Advisory Board.

Updating of the KOREAPAT database resumed in May 2008. More than 41,000 Unexamined and Granted Patents published between October 2007 and February 2008 were loaded into the file. From now on the database producer KIPO will return to the normal monthly updating frequency.
