Web Browser:

The SSL VPN solution works with:

MS Internet Explorer 7, 8 (JRE and MS VM)
Firefox 3.0, 3.5

Make sure that your web browser has JAVA support (MS VM or SUN JVM), starting from Version 1.5.07 (SUN JAVA) - Version 1.6.x is recommended.
Further ensure that any "Popup Blocker" is disabled

Firewall Configuration:

Communication with external systems through Port 443 (HTTPS) must be permitted.
The use of an HTTP proxy server, including authentication, is supported. In this case the entire traffic will be routed through the proxy server.

Ensure that your JAVA Runtime Environment is configured for the usage of an HTTP proxy server.
