It's not easy being green. Did you know that more than 20 eco-unfriendly processing steps go into a traditional pair of pre-washed jeans? During the last decade, many denim manufacturers have begun changing the environmental hazards of their processing by recycling their wastes and greening their production steps. With STN®, we will investigate some of the new green trends in denim manufacturing.

FIZ Energie Feeds

Get the latest information on publications in the field of energy – current, comprehensive, and right on your desktop: FIZ Energie Feeds, our free RSS feeds service, alerts you every two weeks about new entries on your topic of choice in the world’s most comprehensive energy research and technology  database ETDEWEB. The following topics are available:

The newsfeeds include titles, keywords describing the content of the publication, and links to the complete citations in ETDEWEB. FIZ Energie Feeds sends information directly from FIZ Karlsruhe to you. You will receive all relevant information, even if you have not opened your internet browser.

RSS-Feeds – how it works:

You have different options of subscribing to RSS feeds – easily and without any costs. All you have to do is click on the RSS icon in the navigation bar of your browser or on one of the links with the topics listed above.  If your browser does not respond to a click on the topic link or only displays illegible data, it is not connected to your RSS reader. In this case, select your topic by pressing the right mouse key, choose "copy link location" and add it to your RSS reader manually.

If you are a first-time user of RSS feeds...

...you need an RSS Reader to subscribe to the feed and to retrieve it. Feed readers are usually easy-to-use freeware.  In most cases you can add a newsfeed by clicking “new” and entering the newsfeed’s URL.  Some browsers like Firefox or Opera can process RSS feeds directly and do not need a special RSS reader.

You will find more information on RSS readers here ...
